At Green Tea Shops, we want you to enjoy every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, sealed tea packages within 30 days of purchase. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.
